Performance reviews are a great tool for both employee and employer. It gives managers and employee the opportunity to give praise for exceptional work and opportunity to discuss any shortcomings. However one mistake that organizations make is to only do this once a year. Yes the formal Review can be annual but this is an ongoing process.
